📣What can we do to mitigate zoonotic infection risk?

Over just the last 10 years, we have experienced zoonotic disease outbreaks that have had, and are still having, a considerable impact on both animal and human populations. As we are becoming more adept at understanding how to contain and combat disease spread, we recognise that prevention and mitigation starts with animals.

United Nations High-Level Meeting on TB: Are we on track?
Just over two years ago at the first United Nations High-Level Meeting on Tuberculosis, no one could have predicted we would now be in the midst of a global pandemic. With goals of treating 40 million people with TB, 3.5 million children with TB, 1.5 million people with drug-resistant TB, and putting at least 30 million people in TB preventative treatment, all by 2022, is the world on track?

Scientific Highlights for Friday 23 October
Day four of the 51st Union World Conference offered an exhilarating range of challenging and innovative science, discussion and learning.

The human crisis of migration and TB
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the issue of the refugee crises in Europe and the Middle East have largely disappeared from the daily news agendas. A session on the issue of migration journeys and TB could not, then, have been more timely.
